  When purchasing a new mobile home from Clayton Homes, Our sales rep suggested Vanderbilt. Once the application was submitted, the Vanderbilt staff contacted us and walked us through the entire process. They did follow up calls with details and to make sure we were happy with the progress of our loan. These great people went above and beyond anything my wife and I ever expected. They even worked with us and made suggestions to help keep us within our budget. Not once did they try to sell us something that we could afford. After the loan was finalized and we had moved in, a representative called and did another follow up to make sure everything went OK. We will highly recommend Vanderbilt in the future.   David Hurst and Maria Abarra helped my husband and I with our loan extension request. David took my information and wrote up the request. He was very attentive and helpful. He gave me clear information about what was going to happen during the next steps of the process. Maria was our account rep and she called right on time and explained our extension procedure. This was a very stressful time in our lives and these two people made the process simple and easy to understand. They were both very compassionate about our situation and I felt that they truly cared about the outcome. Thank you both.
