  They've always been very fast and helpful when I've had to do anything with my vehicle registration. The building itself is really cool too.

  I called the morning the day my fiancé and I planned a special trip there from our cabin in Gatlinburg to ensure they had record of my online application for our marriage license filled out 4 weeks prior. At first, the woman I spoke to had a hard time finding the application, but she finally informed me she was able to pull it up in her system, and we could be in and out in no tine. We left for the trip after hanging up there and arrived an hour later (with important vacation plans scheduled for immediately after), where the two workers at the front desk also struggled to find the application on their computers. The first lady from the earlier phone conversation spoke up and said she would handle it for us but then again couldn't find the application. She looked for a while (now way late for the next stop), and then ultimately we had to fill out a paper application to be manually entered into the computer anyways. After we were given instructions to complete the paperwork later on, we were on our way far behind schedule. It was unfortunate, but we chalked it up to something that we had no choice but to take care of. Everyone working there was kind and helpful; it was just quite the bummer that something I had intentionally taken care of a while back didn't end up working out.
