- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This was a special birthday and needed a special gift. I had a piece of jewelry in mind and went to Bristol & Bragg's website. I did not see what I was looking for, but did see an opportunity to send a query. I received a response within hours and thus began the journey to acquire the perfect gift. Mackenzie was super! She corresponded with suggestions and ideas and then I went in to meet with her to discuss the final decision. As it turned out she pulled out the catalogs and we went over several pieces that met my criteria. The final decision was made, Mackenzie placed the order and assured me it would arrive on time. Well before I needed it she sent me an email to advise the piece had arrived. I picked it up and it was exquisite; just what I wanted. When you need a jewelry store you can trust, one with outstanding customer service, and attention to every detail you need look no further than Bristol & Bragg. Outstanding!
