- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Have roof damage and they sent out someone to look at it eventually. The guy walks back and forth on my ridge vent tearing loose every shingle then says the roof will probably last a few more years. Left me on the hook to repair the origional storm damage and the damage they caused and the water damage in the house. Would have been better off with no insurance. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have been with this Ins. Co. for 14 yrs. and have been very pleased with them. I have had to have my roof replaced due to hail and storms. I also have my vehicles included and my husband was in an accident that was considered his fault and they defended him and got the plantiff to settle. They did not drop us nor did they raise our rates astronimically. I am greatful for this company and their empathy as well as being professional and fast helping.
