  A great place for one of a kind jewelry. Alex and Len are rhe best. All the staff are helpful and are always glad to see you.

  All I needed was a watch battery replacement. While the cashier is taking my payment I notice a very large scratch from one side to the other on the bottom plate of my watch, as well as scratches on the rim where they clearly used too much force to gain entry. When I mention the scratch to the employee he tells me "yeah I could barely get the thing open or back on." I ask if he was hoping that I didn't notice, and he says "I wasn't really hoping for anything," showing his indifference to my damaged property. Now the resale value of my watch is shot, no apology was given by either employee in the store, and I do not recommend anyone takes any item they value into this establishment.

  Second time we have purchased from Treasures Jewelers in the foothills mall the staff is great always helpful and Alex, Lin, and Jeff are all great guys thanks again!!

  Be very wary of what you're spending your hard earned money on. I would not trust the gemologist at this location. They did NOT check the diamond I had brought in, as a test, correctly but charged me for an "appraisal" when all the gentlemen did was write up a piece of paper based upon the naked eye. The diamond I gave happens to have tracking on it to show all of its aspects that can be traced back to the very mine it came from. They failed to notice this as well as the engraved Maple Leaf indicating it's origin. All in all, if you're searching for a nicely priced peice of used jewelry, this may be your target location. If you're looking for accurately completed and authentically dealt with work on your peice, go else where. The gemologist is a crook who does not know what he's doing, his credentials are iffy at best with a not so standard practice.
